Shipping policy

Shipping Information

All orders are produced within 10 working days from receiving your order confirmation and payment. You will receive an email notification when we receive your order and another email notification when we ship your garment.

If we have a high volume of orders, we will inform you individually about your order and its shipping status. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for issues outside of our control such as courier service problems.

Where we ship

We offer shipping to countries within the European Economic Area at this time. If you reside in any other country and would like to make a purchase, please contact us at hello@3wlabel.com prior to placing the order. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your country. 3WLABEL is not responsible for customs-related charges.

How quickly do you ship?

We ship as soon as your garment is produced. As a general rule, it takes us 10 working days to produce your garment. We will inform you when your purchase is ready to ship. The status of your purchase is available to see from your account if you created one.

Checking order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will include a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of the shipment.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@3wlabel.com with your name, order number, and shipping tracking number. We will respond to all requests in a timely manner.

 

Returns policy

Returns

If you need to return your purchase, please contact us at hello@3wlabel.com. We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your items. In order for you to receive a full return, the item needs to be unused and in its original condition, with tags and labels attached. It should also be returned in its original packaging. You’ll have to provide us with your order number and receipt (or proof of purchase). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior confirmation from us will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your purchase immediately after receiving it. In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the one you ordered, please email us as soon as possible at hello@3wlabel.com. Please provide us with your order number, receipt (or proof of purchase) and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis, and we always strive to reach a satisfactory solution.

Full returns policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please send us an email at hello@3wlabel.com. We will provide you with information and instructions.  

As a general rule, you have 14 days after you receive your order to return the product. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. 

In order to receive a refund, all items must be returned to us unworn and in the same condition you received them, with the original packaging and all tags and labels attached. 

To complete your return, please provide us with your order number and receipt (or proof of purchase). 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund was approved. If approved, we will fully refund your purchase and apply credit to your original method of payment. Please note that it can take some time for your refund to appear in your bank account as bank and/or credit card companies may not immediately process refunds.

Exchanges (only where applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or different from the one you ordered. Please inspect your purchase immediately after receiving it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@3wlabel.com with your order number, receipt (or proof of purchase) and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis, and we always strive to reach a satisfactory solution. 

Depending on where you live, the shipping time for the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item to us, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
