Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you don’t have to. However, if you create an account, you can see the status of your current order. You can also find all your past orders in one place. When you create an account, you will get access to exclusive pre-orders, discounts and other 3WLABEL updates in the future.

Do you have a physical store where I can try your garments?

We are purely an online brand. Our products are described in detail on our website and are accompanied by high quality images. See our sizing chart for detailed information on measurements.

How long does it take to receive my garments?

Our designs are produced directly for you once you make the purchase. The exact delivery date is indicated in your cart. Since we produce on-demand, as a general rule, it takes us around 3 weeks to produce and deliver your garment.

Where can I edit my address?

You can edit your contact details from your account page. Just hover over the "Log in" button at the top of the page.

Where can I subscribe for 3WLABEL content?

If you create an account with us, you will get access to previews, presales, discounts and other exclusive 3WLABEL world content in the future.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated in your cart. Cost is dependent on your location.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Europe. For any worldwide purchases and shipping, please get in touch with us at hello@3wlabel.com.

How quickly do you ship?

We ship as soon as your garment is produced. As a general rule, it takes us 3 weeks to produce and deliver your garment. We will inform you when your purchase is ready to ship. The status of your purchase is available to see from your account if you created one.

What should I do if my garment doesn't fit?

We hope you will be happy with your purchase and that it will fit well. Our designs are described in detail and accompanied by high quality photos and a size guide, so that you can make the right decision before you make your purchase. Remember: measure twice, purchase once : )

If you are not happy with your purchased size, get in touch with us. Standard exchange and returns policy applies.

How do I make a return?

We hope that you will love your purchase and enjoy wearing it. If you need to return the garment, get in touch with us first. As a general rule, you have 14 days after you receive your order to return the product. Standard returns policy applies.
